Prepare drawings of for the interior electrical systems for the renovation of the Entrance, Front Desk, Dining Room and associated spaces in a senior living facility in Alexandria, VA. The design included layout and circuit lighting general illumination, layout and circuit the general purpose outlets, circuiting the mechanical equipment, exit and egress lighting, and the layout for the fire alarm system and sprinkler system for the new and renovated portions of the building.We prepared schedules to be included in the project for panelboards and other power systems. Electrical design included: Sanctuary lighting, lighting for classroom and offices, site lighting to minimize light pollution on surrounding properties, emergency generator, fire alarm system, electrical service and distribution, feeders to mechanical equipment and general purpose power.

Tennant fit-up design for jewelry store in a new shopping mall. Electrical Design included: Lighting (prepared point by point lighting calculations), emergency lighting, electrical service and distribution, feeders to mechanical equipment and general purpose power. All work was coordinated with stringent mall requirements.
Design of a new auto body shop. Electrical Design included: Interior and exterior lighting, emergency lighting, electrical work in hazardous locations (paint spray booths), electrical service and distribution, feeders to mechanical equipment and general purpose power.
Randolph-Macon Academy-New Middle School – Front Royal, VA
Design of new three building, Middle School facility. Electrical work included 480 volt service to the facility and 480 volt distribution to all three buildings, lighting, fire alarm and public address system.
